TODAY THE TRAINING OF TRAINERS CONCLUDED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER AND CLIMATE CHANGE RESEARCH NETWORKS MODULE

During this last day, very important topics were developed, such as the Transfer of research results in Spanish IES, the Publication of research results, the basic principles for the articulation of networks.

As in the previous day, during this day the methodology contemplated that during the morning shift the trainings would be developed and during the afternoon a practical workshop was developed applying a very interesting technique of group work, which allowed the participants to rotate in each group of 8 people, to present their perspective regarding the Creation of the INNOVA Network, following the guidelines and steps proposed.

Subsequently, the group leader announced the conclusions of each group, again generating a high level of reflection based on queries and/or comments that emerged after each presentation; The role of the European facilitators was very important in this stage, because they helped clarify various doubts, helped to deepen what had been learned, collaborated by sharing their own experiences regarding the creation of networks, etc. and stimulated group work.

To close the day, the person responsible for the conclusions made a summary of what was learned during the day, highlighting the most important contributions and conclusions. And finally, this work of the III Training concluded with an in-depth analysis by the Rector of the San Francisco Xavier University of Chuquisaca, regarding the level of involvement that the success of RED INNOVA implies on the part of each partner, because together we are thinking about its objectives, its mission, vision, budget, sustainability, etc.; In this way, this important training process for all the actors involved in the INNOVA project concluded.
