A4.1 Creation of a Regional Network for Research, Development and Innovation

A Research Management Network will be carried out with the participating partners as founders, the Ministry of Higher Education, as well as the Higher Education Institutions. This task is aimed at raising awareness and coordinated action on the management of research at the Bolivian and Paraguayan levels.

A4.2 Future observation platform to support research management

The deliverable will be a forward-looking platform to coordinate the deployment of successive prospective analytical processes to frame research priorities at the higher education level. It will be an innovative software tool that will automate the analysis. Its objective is the original foresight exercise that coordinates input and communication with relevant key stakeholders in the region to inform decision-making in the area of ​​research management at the higher education level.
